Why we put returns in our name
Easy Return Shop started with a frustration most of us share: ordering something online, finding it isn't quite right, then giving up on a return process full of fine print. We decided to build a shop that works the other way around.
We keep a focused range of 48 products across eight departments, from home essentials and fire safety to learning software, gift cards and pet care. Each one is described plainly, priced fairly and backed by a 30-day return window with clear, upfront rules.
Our team works out of 2435 N 15th St in Springfield, Illinois. We pack every order ourselves, answer every message personally and reply within one business day.
