These terms cover your use of easyreturnshop.com and every order placed with Easy Return Shop, 2435 N 15th St, Springfield, IL 62702, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Using our website
Please use the site lawfully and for personal shopping. Don't disrupt how it works, try to access other people's information or scrape content with automated tools.
2. Product information
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but screen colors vary and manufacturers sometimes update packaging or specifications. Use supplements and personal care products as directed on the label, and ask a doctor if you're unsure a product is right for you.
3. Prices and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars. Illinois sales tax at the combined Springfield rate of 9.75% is applied to taxable items and shown in your cart, along with shipping, before you pay. Gift cards are not taxed. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping so you can continue at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item or send a digital code. We may cancel an order because of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we'll refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $250 for a $3.00 handling fee.
6. Promo codes
One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95, or free on orders over $50 after discounts, and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $16.95 and arrives in about 2 business days when you order by 1 pm Central Time. Delivery times are estimates, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns
Returns are covered by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Gift cards, software and digital codes
eGift cards and software activation codes are delivered by email and are subject to the issuer's or publisher's own terms, including any automatic renewal. They can't be returned once delivered, except where the law requires.
10. Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Easy Return Shop or its licensors. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled by the state courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.
