You have 30 days from delivery. Unused physical items in their original packaging can come back for any reason.
Do I pay for return shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we email you a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns a flat $5.95 label is deducted from your refund.
When will I get my refund?
We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and refund your original payment method the same day.
What can't be returned?
Gift cards and software codes once delivered, plus opened personal care and pet hygiene products, for health reasons.
How fast is shipping?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and is free over $50. Express arrives in about 2 business days.
Can I exchange instead?
